Eight Brocades of Silk

post

Ba Duan Jin, Eight Brocades of Silk, is a classical and probably the most famous set of exercises that aims to work with your sinew channels. It is noted for its wide and stretching movements, it works thoroughly with your fascia lines. Despite its wide spread in the Qigong world, the principles of performing the set are almost never explained, which turns Ba Duan Jin into a set of useless movements.

In this class, Maria explains every exercise in detail so you can benefit from the form the way you are supposed to.
